With the rescheduling of the 2020 TAC Conference to the fall of 2021, the Technical Committee has extended the abstract and paper submission process. Corresponding authors of currently submitted abstracts will be contacted by the committee in the fall of 2020 to confirm their intention to submit a paper and will be able to update their abstract(s) if additional information is available.
The deadline for the submission of updated and new abstracts is January 15, 2021. Online submission is available at http://www.tac2020.ca/abstract-submission.php. Abstract decisions will be sent by e-mail to corresponding authors on/after January 31, 2021.
Complete technical papers must be submitted by April 30, 2021 using the online submission feature of this website available at http://www.tac2020.ca/abstract-submission.php. The Author's Release, Declaration and Understanding has been incorporated into the online submission process - all corresponding authors must select "Yes" in the Copyright Permission field or the paper will not be uploaded to the site.
The TAC 2020-One Toronto Technical Committee will review all papers for clarity, technical merit and relevance to the conference. The committee's goal is to inform corresponding authors of their paper's acceptance by June 15, 2021. In cases where the reviewing team feels revisions are necessary, comments will be provided with revised papers being due by July 15, 2021.
All accepted papers, for which the corresponding author or one of the co-authors has registered for the conference by July 15, 2021, will appear in the published proceedings of the conference - each TAC 2020-One Toronto registrant will receive a digital version as part of their delegate registration.
To help authors ensure their paper meets the conference's presentation requirements, we have prepared a Paper Submission Template and Guidelines for Authors. All authors must follow this template to help ensure presentation uniformity in the conference proceedings - submissions that do not follow the prescribed formatting guidelines may be returned.
Final decisions regarding paper acceptance and the assigned session for submitted papers will rest with the Technical Committee. Questions regarding the paper review process, sessions and the technical program should be directed to the TAC 2020-One Toronto Technical Committee by e-mail at email@example.com.
